To Jakarta, Bovy introduce five types of Lavaux wine production. Three is a white wine grape types Epesses, St-Saphorin Vielles Vignes, Grand Cru and Dezaley. Meanwhile, two other wine is red wine (red wine) - each type of Les Adrets St. Saphorin and Pinot Noir-St-Saphorin.
